Miranda holds licenses in both property/casualty and life/health in MD, DE, NC, and NJ, as well as an MBA from Capella University. She earned the CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation in 2011, CISR Elite in 2017, CRM (Certified Risk Manager) in 2026, and was the recipient of the Outstanding CSR of the Year Award for Maryland in 2014. She currently works in the personal lines department of Ashley Insurance. At age 14, she began working alongside her mother, Tammy, in insurance and found her career. They both joined the Ashley family in 2007. Miranda has a passion for saving clients money while still providing the coverage they need, especially the elderly, and prides herself on being someone they can trust. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her three daughters and family, gardening, and reading.
