Miranda has been working alongside her mother in the insurance business for five years and has been with Ashley for almost three. After graduating from High School in 2008, Miranda began working full time. She has a 12 month old daughter, Carmalie, and enjoys spending time with her. |

Tammy Payne has been in the insurance business since 1984, after making a temporary career change working for a trucking company; Tammy realized her passion was in insurance. She returned in 1999 and worked for Todd Mulaney in Cambridge. With a total of 15 years insurance experience, Tammy is licensed in property, casualty, life and health. Tammy holds her CISR designation and currently works on personal lines insurance. Tammy enjoys working with the public and providing them with superior customer service. A proud mother and grandmother, Tammy enjoys spending time with her daughter Miranda and grand-daughter Carmalie. |

Peggy Slayden is a licensed Property and Casualty Commercial Lines Account Manager, working on commercial lines business. Peggy earned her CISR seven years ago, and has approximately 20 years experience in the insurance industry. She started her insurance career in 1988 with Avon Dixon and worked as a personal lines CSR and Claims Manager for 10 years. Moving to commercial lines in the trucking department with Elliott Wilson for 2 years and then an 8 year career working for ISG International as a Technology Account Manager. Peggy lives in Denton with her husband of 35 years. They have 2 sons Nicholas and Jeremy as well as a Yorkshire Terrier “Isabelle”. In addition to spending time with her family Peggy enjoys cooking and gardening. |

Alexa is a current member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and a former president of Chesapeake Association of Life Underwriters. She holds a CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) certificate. Originally from Owings Mills, Baltimore County has been a resident of the Easter Shore since 1985; currently she lives on Kent Island. Alexa enjoys cycling, sailing, and visiting her three children. |

Charlie Means has resided in Caroline County for 30+ years. She has worked in the insurance industry since 1988, the year she obtained her license. Charlie has been with Ashley Insurance in the Denton Office since 2000, working in the personal lines area of insurance. |

Robert A. Fearins is a lifetime resident of Caroline County and has been in the insurance business over 20 years. Bobby is the lead agent in the Denton office selling insurance and Securities. He works with individual, farm and business clients and is licensed in both Maryland and Delaware. Bobby spends his spare time as a member of the Denton Volunteer Fire Company; he enjoys hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with his family. |

Jon L. Fellows is a Commercial Account Executive in the Centreville office. From Millington Maryland Jon graduated from Kent County High School as a 1998 High School Lacrosse All American and was nominated for the C Markland Kelly Award for the best Lacrosse player in the state of Maryland. Jon holds a major in history and a minor in business from Washington College After receiving his Bachelors Degree, Jon earned his Master's Degree in History while working as a coach on the Washington College Lacrosse Team. In 2005, Jon got drafted to play professional lacrosse for the Los Angeles Riptide where he coached high school lacrosse and worked for South Swell Sports and Adrenaline Lacrosse in their Management and Sales Department. After two years in California Jon moved back to Chestertown and started his career in Insurance. He went to work for Dukes Moore Insurance Agency, Inc. where he became a licensed insurance agent. Jon currently lives in Millington, Maryland with his wife Marcia Lynn Grieb Fellows. |
